Our top-tier cutting board will be the centerpieoce of you kitchen and consists of three different high-quality kinds of wood, including Canadian Maple, North American Walnut, and Red Cherry, crafted in a multi-layered end-grain pattern to offer a visually appeal which some refer to as the "Piano Cutting Board".
 
This board is availableas a  11.5"x18" example, and is a step up from most other boards, being 1.75" thick, which means it can really take a beating.  Note that due to the nature of handcrafting these boards, all sizes are approximate and may vary slightly by +/- 1/4".
